Welcome to TillVOX. By using our application or static website tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing TillVOX, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Description of Service

TillVOX provides a local-first point of sale (POS) cash register software designed for small businesses. It features local inventory cataloging, automatic sales calculations, and dynamic height thermal receipt generation. We offer cloud backup and restoration utilities through Firebase cloud databases.

3. Fees and Billing

TillVOX is 100% free to use during the current Beta release. We do not require any credit card entries or dependencies. Future updates may introduce premium reporting and sync features, which will be announced with clear, upfront notifications.

4. User Responsibilities and Database Safety

Because TillVOX utilizes local storage, you are responsible for maintaining the safety of your device. App uninstalls or physical device resets can erase the SQLite database tables. We recommend toggling cloud synchronization to securely sync logs regularly.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary logos, SVG files, software code, design configurations, and brand names are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, disassemble, or resell our software elements without explicit consent.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee error-free database sync or uninterrupted connection times. The developer is not liable for business revenue losses, receipt alignment issues, or thermal printer hardware malfunctions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local regulations. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining items continue to apply.
